How do I change my email address?

You can not change your e-mail address once you have successfully registered. Please write an e-mail to our support: support@yoursecurecloud.de

Please tell us the following information in order to change the e-mail address:

  • Your current customer number (see invoice)
  • Your old and new e-mail address
  • Your full address
